RESTLESS RETREATS DEFINITIONS

“We” refers to Restless Retreats. “You” refers to the traveler booking and participating in any retreat from Restless Retreats. “Cancellation” is defined as failing to attend a scheduled retreat, rescheduling for any reason or postponing your stay. While no one intends on booking a retreat and likewise cancelling, rescheduling or postponing, it is recommended to purchase travel insurance to partially/fully cover any such situations listed above.

COVID 19 POLICY

Considering the global policies in response to the Covid 19 pandemic, local restrictions and testing requirements are mandatory to be followed in order to be eligible to participate in any retreat from Restless Retreats. Before each retreat, an overview of the requirements for each country or region will be sent out to be reviewed. However, Restless Retreats bares no legal responsibility for any individual not in accordance with local governmental policies. It is your due diligence to ensure you are in accordance with any local policy, otherwise forfeiting any monetary amount if your retreat is interrupted because of your negligence.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is your responsibility to arrange travel insurance for any retreat you wish to be covered for any financial, medical or other expenses regarding to your retreat. While we highly recommend arranging travel insurance, Restless Retreats is not in the business of providing insurance products and cannot legally be held liable if you fail to arrange suitable insurance. Additionally, travel cancellation insurance may pay for some or all associated fees with regards to cancellation. All information provided above is done so as a reference and you are required to do due diligence to attain any such travel insurance plan, noting that many plans require insurance must be purchased within 14 days of booking.

PASSPORTS, VISAS & REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain a valid passport, visa(s) and any necessary certificates for entering and visiting any country regarding all applicable destinations for Restless Retreats.

GUEST PAYMENT POLICY

In order to reserve a spot on a specific retreat location and date, it is required to submit a $500 non-refundable deposit. Otherwise, if not received, no such reservation will be held. Full payment may be made at time of reservation, however, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required and any policy regarding a refund will result in the full payment amount less $500, unless otherwise specified. Once you have received confirmation via email that your payment and reservation has been received, you will receive a courtesy call and email from a representative from Restless Retreats to confirm that you have made a reservation. In order to satisfy logistic requirements for scheduling accommodations and events for each retreat, we require full payment (price advertised) to be made at least 60 days or longer before scheduled start date of the retreat.

ADVERTISED PRICING

Advertised pricing for each reservation reflects rates per person and specifies accommodations and associated activities but DOES NOT include flight arrangements required to get to a destination. “Per person” is defined as each individual traveler on any retreat. Any price listed for “shared” reflects rates for each individual traveler and shared arrangements must be made and confirmed by Restless Retreats to assign accommodations to satisfy requirements, less incurring additional expenses to upgrade to private accommodation status.

RESTLESs RETREATS CANCELLATION POLICY

It is not our intention to cancel any advertised retreat, however, if a retreat is cancelled for any reason or due to situations or circumstances that arise outside of our control, you are entitled to a full retreat credit to be rescheduled and applied to a future retreat (*in accordance with the minimum 60 day full payment policy listed above and current availability). Alternatively you may request a refund of your applicable payment, which will be accommodated for insofar as is possible, taking into consideration any non- retrievable costs to which we committed in anticipation of your retreat. Restless Retreats bares no legal or financial responsibility of your expenses incurred associated with and in preparing for any retreat that is cancelled. This includes things such as: loss of work or scheduled vacation, accommodations made in preparation, airline tickets, and/or any other costs associated with preparation for your scheduled retreat.

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

Guests have the right to cancel any scheduled retreat, however, depending on when the retreat is cancelled fees may apply. Any trip that is cancelled 60 days or longer before the start date of the retreat will result in a refund of the advertised retreat amount, less the required non-refundable $500 deposit. If full payment has not been received by the required 60 day minimum policy listed above, Restless Retreats considers this a breach of policy contract and will result in a “cancellation” of retreat reservation. This will incur a forfeiture of the $500 non-refundable deposit and loss of held reservation. As a courtesy, we Restless Retreats will reach out with an email/phone call within 67 days remaining before the start date and a second attempt 61 days if no response has been made before the start date reminding that full payment is due in order to satisfy requirements to honor reservation. Any retreat that is cancelled by you within 60 days or less before the start date of the retreat will result in forfeiture of entire payment for retreat to Restless Retreats. If, within 60 days down to 30 days before your retreat start date you need to reschedule, you may do so at an additional convenience fee of $200 (ensuring there is availability for future retreat and satisfies the minimum 60 day minimum policy listed above). No credit will be given for travelers who arrive late or leave early.  There are no exceptions to our policies for any circumstances due to our need to reserve all associated events and aspects of a retreat in advance for each traveler.

THIRD PARTIES POLICY

Restless Retreats holds no legal or financial responsibility for the actions, errors or omissions of third parties or independent contractors associated with events and activities of retreat, including in the event that they modify the nature of a service on a retreat as compared with the advertised nature of the service.
