What is included?
For each trip the description lays out what is included but a brief overview is: accommodations, transportation to and from the nearest airport on arrival and departure, planned group fitness activities each day, welcome bag, breakfast, lunch and dinner just to name a few!
What types of activities are there?
Each location offers different activities but some examples are: group fitness classes, snorkeling, hiking, zip lining, riding ATVS, swimming, running, , etc.
Can I go if I am by myself?
Of course! This is a great opportunity to meet new people who also share your interests of traveling and being active! You can book from our options of having your own private room or bunking with someone you will meet in your travel group! When you book, you will be directed to our private facebook group to meet and communicate with the group members to see if you find someone to bunk with. If you choose to share a room we will assign you a bunk mate and attempt to coordinate communication before the trip to ensure the best experience!
Do I have to follow the scheduled events?
No! This is your vacation so feel free to do what you want! However, we recommend that you try to do as many of them as you like since it is all included! There are plenty of activities each day along with built in free time to explore on your own but we understand if you have things on your own agenda to see and do!
What do i need to bring?
We ask that you bring a positive attitude and good times! Aside from that, please pack accordingly for the climate you will be visiting. All fitness equipment and activities are taken care of but feel free to bring anything extra you might personally want such as water bottle, yoga mat, headphones, etc.
